These inserts will be sold for a reduced price to allow for anyone that suffers from a chronic illness to be able to afford the printed version, or the free version digital download version will be available too.

You can select various combinations to make them work for your needs.
Standard comes with: 20 Pages in total (printed double sided) including :
- 4 Medical Contacts Pages
- 4 Medication Pages
- 4 Medical History Pages
- 8 Appointment Pages
- PLEASE NOTE THE STANDARD VERSION DOES NOT COME WITH NOTES PAGES - THESE ARE AN EXTRA THAT CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.
You can elect to have Double the amount of Standard Pages (40 pages in total), and you can also add in Extra Notes Pages, or Appointment Pages (or both)
These inserts are 9.5cm x 17.1cm (3.75” × 6.75”) and are designed to fit Personal Size Planners. If in doubt please contact us and we will help you work out what size you need.
They come punched with a standard 6 hole punch to fit Personal planners from brands such as Kikki K, Foxy Fix, and other similar planners.

Inserts will be sent in a cello bag and rigid mailer to protect them from the elements so they get to you safely.
Your inserts come printed on silky buttery smooth 120 GSM (32lb) paper that is more luxurious that standard office paper and completely eliminates bleed through with most pen types including fountain pens.
