What Sticker Paper do you use?

At Nati Planning we print our stickers on thin, repositionable and extremely vibrant Premium Matte Vinyl

Pens and Vinyl:

Nati Planning Vinyl Stickers are a little special. They are thin and repositionable - making it easy to change your layout as you please, but not all pens will be suitable.

We recommend the following pens:

  • Sharpie Fine and Ultra fine permanent markers,
  • Staedtler Lumocolor Superfine Markers,
  • Pilot Permanent Markers,
  • Bic Mark It Ultrafine Permanent Markers,
  • Sakura Microperms,
  • Most Ballpoint Pens & Any Permanent Markers.

You will be sent a Pen Tester Sheet with a list of suitable pens and an appointment box sticker to test your pens before using them on the vinyl stickers you have purchased.

All pens are suitable on our Premium Matte Paper Stickers.

What size do your inserts come in?

How will they arrive?

Our Ring Bound Inserts come punched with a standard 6 hole punch. If you wish to leave them unpunched you can make that selection when purchasing.

Our TN Inserts come staple bound. If you wish to have them unbound you can leave a note at the checkout.

Inserts will be sent in a cello bag and rigid mailer to protect them from the elements so they get to you safely.

What Paper do you use?

Your inserts come printed on silky buttery smooth 120 GSM (32lb) paper that is more luxurious that standard office paper and completely eliminates bleed through with most pen types including fountain pens.

TN's also include a 250GSM Card Stock front cover with a stapled spine - You get your choice of 2 covers depending on stock availability. Please pick between Plain White Card Stock or the Black and White Dots with Script Detail.

Can I request a custom order?

At the moment we are not taking on custom orders.


When will you send my order?

Check the announcement at the top of the main page for our current processing time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Please contact us if you have any trouble finding your country during the checkout process.

How will my order be sent?

Your stickers or inserts will be sent to you in a water proof cello bag to protect it from the elements. We also use rigid mailer envelopes or rigid mailer boxes to keep your items safe and secure.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns on undated or non custom items. Items on sale are also excluded from our returns policy. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will also apply.

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

If you wish to cancel your order completely please do so within 12 hours of purchase. A full refund will be issued if the order has not been printed or packed.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Nati Planning within three (3) days of the receipt of the order and include a photo.

I’m outside of Australia – Will I be charged customs fees/taxes?

Each country may levy charges including customs fees, taxes, import duties and other associated costs.   Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check with your own countries border security/customs area if in doubt.

Am I charged in Australian dollars?

Nati Planning is located in Australia and charges in Australian Dollars.   For customers outside of Australia your bank may charge processing fees.
